Since I get so many questions about how the "Taco Bell Tradition" started, I decided to dedicate a page to it.
Anybody who has known me for longer than a few minutes probably knows that Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant, and always has been, even long-before the tradition started. In 2013, I won my first ever feature event in the Inaugural Turkey Bash at Anderson Speedway. After the race, my dad and I and decided to make the trip to Taco Bell for a celebration quesadilla (It was inevitable). Once we got there, I got out of the truck - firesuit, trophy, and all, and we got a picture. It all started when I posted that image on social media, claiming my life was complete, because it was truly a dream come true to be standing at Taco Bell with a feature win trophy in my hand!
Fast forward almost 10 years, and I've made the trip to Taco Bell after every feature win that I have been fortunate enough to win. The tradition has even spread to some of my competitors, who think its funny to go get a picture at Taco Bell if they beat me.
